The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 172(JUD) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 172(JUD)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 33 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kookesh, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Davies, Hudson, Kerttula, Kohring Absent: Mulder 2001-05-08 House Journal Page 1731 Davies changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Guess changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Ogan changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, HCS CSSB 172(JUD) passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
